(http://www.MaritimeCyprus.com) The UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) issued the National Standard for Marine Oil Spill Response Organisations. Certain UK ports, harbors, oil-handling facilities, and offshore facilities are required to prepare and submit oil pollution preparedness, response, and cooperation (OPRC) plans.
