Have a Happy New Year; 2017-2018

So, here we are, with another year about to go down in the books. In retrospect, 2017, fared better than previous years. My family is lighter by two people, but time waits for no man. In the big picture, January of 2017, our nation was blessed with the 45th President of the United States. The 45th First Lady, the loveliest in our nation’s history. The pall that was over our land the previous eight years, lifted. We, as a nation, have seen some very nice things, as well as some evil, but if we do not take the bad, I guess we would not have room for all the Good, that we were blessed with, and I thank the Lord God Almighty.

On a political level, America has some new conservative congressional members, and unfortunately we also must contend with some long standing hooples, and their torment. Of the things that I am not pleased with, it is first, a shaky USAG, “Jittery Jeff”, who continues to defer prosecution of numerous cronies of his. The congressional blessing that I thank God for, remains, Trey Gowdy.

If I were president, I hope that a few things would be done differently and somehow it would include, David Clarke, the Honorable Justice Andrew Napolitano, Allen West, to name but a few. Why? Because America, has generations of little ones, that are depending on an America worthy to be inherited from all of us, and there will be generations of Americans yet unborn, who deserve the very best America, that we can bestow upon them.

I am an old man. My life has not been the best, and my better days are behind me. I am far from perfect, and with age, I have been a bit cranky, and a bit outspoken, to the tune that anger chews me up. I’m not the guy that I used to be in my younger years. Basically, I am removed from life. I would like to see the new year push some mighty things that many say is impossible. In fact, a few miracles thrown in, would help our nation tremendously, and I always believe in being somebody’s miracle, when the chips are down, and we go, All In. I remain a staunch advocate of Constitutional Carry, but people need to understand that Stand Your Ground, should be linked with, Constitutional Carry. You can be armed, but you must know, obey, and respect all laws, or face the music, because the guy in the black robe seated at the Bench, has no sense of humor, and will hold you accountable if deadly physical force is misused in any manner. So, think about that.

I would like to wish everyone, a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous, New Year. Think of how you can do small things, to help others. With God, returned to our nation, there will be opportunities to quietly help, while standing humbly in the background. That is why I thank every blogger that I re-post their work, and the readers of the blog, while I do not get paid, and really would not like to be paid, there were some people that I tossed off of the blog, and 854 readers, remain. Thank You. I trust that information, that otherwise would not get out into hands, performs a few small miracles, that you may not even be aware of. The inauguration in January of 2017, was proof, that the common person, changed America’s destiny, that was in a nosedive at full throttle, is today, and hopefully in 2018, indicating economic prosperity for all. Freedom, has, been flexing its muscles all over the globe. We even see that Iran, now has some brave people standing up to an evil regime. The fat kid in North Korea, if he doesn’t smarten up, could be getting a bloody nose. There will be roads to hump, and obstacles to cross in 2018. There’s no such thing as a free lunch. A lot of work remains ahead of us all. With that, I conclude 2017 blog post, because grandpa has to save some energy as minutes from now, the invasion will be on, and I need my energy, running around with the little ones. I will be knocked out in a matter of hours. This, getting old stuff, is for the birds.

Amen to all of the above. Totally thankful for 2017. It was a good year. We were blessed to come out of the eight years prior, a nation still in tact.

Happy New Year to you and yours. Blessings to all.

A thank you, too, Brittius, for helping to pull the load in opinion and facts. Words do matter. Here is hoping we can pave those highways with common sense so that others can follow since there seems to be so many who are lacking it.

Looking forward to your 2018 blogs.
