ACLU: CIA ‘torture’ psychologists to stand trial

In the statement, “This is a historic day for our clients and all who seek accountability for torture,” said ACLU attorney Dror Ladin, is a clear admission of who the ACLU believes they represent.

Since when have the Islamic jihadists listed below ever been considered “Americans?”

Judge Justin L. Quackenbush, a  Jimmy Carter nominee, of the Eastern District of Washington, indicating that he would allow the case to move forward despite objections from the psychologists’ lawyers, who claimed their clients are immune from civil liability. (Source)

The case will likely bethrown out by a higher court under the concept of, “Conflict of Law.” (Source)

The case targets psychologists James Mitchell and Bruce Jessen, who were recruited by the CIA in 2002 to design and help conduct interrogations of war-on-terror suspects captured in Afghanistan and elsewhere.
